Our Team

The Point Preschool believes that high quality early childhood education is provided by high quality staff. For this reason our Parent Management Committee has historically and continues to employ more educators than required and with more training than required by the Department of Education and Communities. This commitment sets The Point Preschool apart from other preschools.

Our team of enthusiastic and passionate educators embrace the preschool’s philosophy and work collaboratively with the families and community to create a place where children belong, develop a lifelong love of learning while caring for each other and our planet.

The Point Preschool team of educators is lead by our early childhood trained Director with the support of our parent management committee. Our book keeper oversees the financial operation of the preschool with the guidance of the treasurer and the preschool is lovingly cleaned daily by our child support worker.

The preschool team has a very strong commitment to professional development and participate in training courses and workshops throughout the year.
