Cinema under the stars

In 2008 The Point Preschool brought Cinema under the Stars to the local community.

On a balmy, starry evening at Oyster Bay Oval everyone waited with anticipation for the movie to begin. The atmosphere was very exciting and filled with fun as children played and greeted friends and neighbours; sausages sizzled on the BBQ and popcorn popped. Finally the movie started. Children laughed and watched the big screen in amazement, while some parents fell asleep on picnic rugs.

The night was so successful that 2009 will see another Cinema under the Stars.
